Faulty goods

Everything we sell is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If something is faulty we will repair it, replace it or refund it as the Act requires. New Mercury outboards also carry the Mercury factory warranty, up to 6 years for recreational use when serviced on schedule. Warranty work must be done by an authorised Mercury dealer. We are one, so start with us.

Change of mind

Outboard engines are ordered in for each sale, so we do not accept change of mind returns on engines. Talk to us before you buy and we will make sure you are ordering the right one. Parts and accessories can come back within 30 days if unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase. Return freight is on you and we refund to the original payment method once the goods arrive back in good order.
